# How to create and use promotion codes

Promo code is created for schools to have promotion activities. You can create code and send it to your students when you would like to offer a discount to your students.

# How to create Promo Code

* Go to Tools > **Promo Code Manager**, 
* Click on **+Add Promo Code**
* Finish related information: promo code title; discount type etc.
* Click on **Add** then you can see the code on the Promo Code page

# How to use promo code as admin

    * Go to scheduling > courses > **course list**, find the students' course
    * Click on More > **Add course**, finish your course information
    * Enroll the student, add promotion code by clicking on **Add Promotion**
* Select the promocode and add it;
    * Check the details from the invoice

# How to use promo code as student

    * You need to send the code to your student before they use it;
    * Log in as student
    * Click on **Buy more lessons/hours**
    * Select the lessons/hours they would like to purchase, 
* Enter the code and Apply it
* Click on buy hours/lessons to pay the invoice
