# How to import profiles and courses

Save time and import all your Profiles and Courses onto our platform using MS Excel.

### Importing Profiles

* Go to **Profiles** > Teachers, Students, Parents, and Company > 
* Click the **+Import Students** (or other profiles) button >
* Click on the **Download Excel Template** button to view and fill in the information to the Excel format before importing > 
* Click the **Upload excel** button to upload the file > 
* Click **Import**

| Please be sure to keep the original name of the Excel template. Do not change the file name.

An email will be sent to you after the import is complete.  If you have difficulty then contact our support for help.

### Importing Courses

* Go to **Course(s)**
* Click **+Import Courses**
* Click on the **Download Excel Template** button to view and fill in the information to the Excel format before importing
* Click the **Upload excel** button to upload the file
* Click **Import**
