# How to set a teacher's special availability schedule

Teachers can set additional days that they are available to teach in addition to their normal availabilities.  This will allow admin to schedule/add the teachers to courses/lessons that are not on their normal availability schedule.

Example:

**Normal Availability:** Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

**Special Availability: **Sept. 5th-12th 6pm-10pm

**STEP 1: **Go to Scheduling > **Teachers' Availability Schedule**  >  Click on the teacher's name > Select > **Special Availability** in the **Type** drop-down box.

**STEP 2:** Select the **Start** and **End Dates**.

**STEP 3:** Select the **Start** and **End Times**.

**STEP 4: **Click on **+Add Available Time(s)** button to **Save**.
