# How to set up company profiles

Creating a company profile will provide them access to the students' information as well as the billing information.


# How to manually add company profiles

If you only have a few teachers, then its easier to manually add them. 

* Go to Profiles tab and click on **Company**
* Click on **+ Add a New Company**
* Enter information

# How to import company profiles?

To import companies in bulk, download the company profiles template excel template.

* Go to Profiles tab and click on  **Companies**
* Click **Import** button
* Download Excel template
* Update Excel template and save
* Upload Excel
* Import



# How to link companys' profiles?

* Enter the parent's profile by clicking on the company name
* Click on Students tab
* Click **Add existing student** if you have added the students already or **Add new student** if the students haven't been added to your school
* Save it then the students and the company are linked
