# How to set up payroll profiles

Setting up the payroll profiles will help you keep track of your payroll.  Ayotree will record the courses and hours completed and provide a summary of each payroll profile. 


It also allows the teacher to view their payroll information in the teacher portal.
 
* Go to Finance tab > Payrolls and click on  **Profiles**
* Click add new 
* Select the users
* Update Information
* Save

# How to pay hourly rate/fixed rate by courses

If you pay your teachers depending on the course, then you can " use add courses" button  to customize the payments based on the course
Ayotree will first pay the teacher by this method instead of the default rate under the updated||  payroll profiles

# How to pay the staff based on specific courses.

* Go to Finance tab > Payrolls and click on  **Profiles**
* Click add new 
* Navigate to the left and checkbox the specific staff
* Navigate to the right and click on the edit button
* Update Information
* Save

# How to add addition fields or deduction fields to the payroll?

* Go to Tools > Settings > **Finances Tab**
* Add Addition fields you would like to show up on the payroll by clicking on the Add button after Additions
* Add Addition fields you would like to show up on the payroll by clicking on the Add button after Deduction
* Save it, then when you generate payroll, you will see them showing up on the payroll
