# How to take attendance?

Taking attendance is essential. Below are some of the reasons.

* Show report of students' attendance
* It will deduct lesson credit form student after you taking attendance
* Your school may set up the payroll depending on submitting the attendance 

# How do you take attendance?

1. Clicking on the Attendance tab or
2. Go to the specific course page to submit them during or after class.

Click on the Submit button, then you can mark all students’ attendance at one time or mark them one by one. You can also add comment if you want. Then save it.

If you want to edit the attendance, you can click on the Edit button.
