How to use Zoom for teachers

The Zoom virtual classroom provided by Ayotree is free version that has a 40 min time limit per session.

You can launch the Zoom virtual classroom 15 mins before the lesson time by going to the course page > choose Zoom > Launch the Virtual Classroom

You can enter the Zoom virtual classroom either by App or Browser. Just make sure you enable the microphone and camera when you enter the Zoom virtual classroom, and click on Join Audio by Computer button


Set up your devices


You can lock the classroom if you don't want more people enter the classroom, or enable waiting room to let your students waiting until you give the permission


Security


You can check participants and chat with them by clicking on the Participants button and Chat button, send emojis by clicking on the Reactions button, share your screen by clicking Share Screen button and create breakout rooms for students to discussion by clicking on the Breakout Rooms button


Breakout Rooms


If you have your Zoom Pro account, you can ask your admins to add the link for your course so that the Zoom virtual classroom will be a pro version.
