As an admin, you have the ability to set a solid foundation and efficiently manage the school's operation. Setting up a school management system might appear overwhelming but it can be done in 10 steps. Complete these steps and you will have a powerful system to help you run your school.

How to edit the campus name and classrooms

Completing your campus information helps your staff and students learn more about you. This information can appear in your automated emails and custom templates (i.e. enrollment and invoice documents).

Below are the instructions to add your school's detail, upload a school logo, and edit classrooms.

Tools tab > School information > Campus
Navigate to the right side and click on the edit button
Update your information
Click save

|| Upload your logo with JPEG, PNG, or GIF files. 5 MB Limit. The school logo will appear on the login page.

How to take attendance?

Taking attendance is essential. Below are some of the reasons.

Show report of students' attendance
It will deduct lesson credit form student after you taking attendance
Your school may set up the payroll depending on submitting the attendance

How do you take attendance?

Clicking on the Attendance tab or
Go to the specific course page to submit them during or after class.

Click on the Submit button, then you can mark all students’ attendance at one time or mark them one by one. You can also add comment if you want. Then save it.

Question 4

How to create, edit, and close courses

Accepted Answer

Creating a course will organize all of your services, pricing, and wages that you provide. When you schedule lessons, Ayotree will keep track of all student costs, staff wages, and reflect the changes in the reports.

How to create a Course

Go to Scheduling Tab > Courses and click on Courses List
Navigate to the right side and click on +Add a new course button
Enter your course information.
Set your **schedule type **
Click **Add Schedule **
Click Save

After a course has been created, it is added to the Course(s) list page and can be edited.

Students can be enrolled into the course by clicking the More butto

Get Started ClassIn for Teachers and Students

For Teachers/Students

Every user will need to create a separate Classin account in order to use Classin with Ayotree. Ayotree integrates with Classin by connecting both accounts with the user’s phone number.

Download Classin App

All users (teachers & students) will need to register an account on classIn in order to use Classin. A phone number is required for registration.

Go to eeo.cn to download the ClassIn application according to the system of your device.

After downloading, open ClassIn and click on Register Now to have an account

After the user created a classin account, they will need to add the same phone number they used to register on CalssIN to the student or teacher profile in Ayotree (below).

Note: If your country code begins with 0, start the country code from the next number. Example: country code 044.

How to set up the admin profiles

Ayotree is based on profile type and permissions. Examples of profile types are admins, teachers, students, and parents. Every Ayotree user has a specific profile type. The admins can customize the permissions associated with each profile type.

|| There is only 1 main admin (school owner). Other admins are considered lower admin. Only the main admin have the ability to give lower admins certain permissions and limit the activities.

How to add a new admin profile

Go to Profiles tab and click on Administrators
Click add a New button
Complete information
Click Save

How to edit permissions for admins

Go to Profiles tab and click on Administrators
Select the administrator's name you want to edit
Navigate to the administrative permissions section and click show
Edit permissions settings by checking the box to enable. Review all seven tabs.
Click Save

What activities are admins allowed to do?

Only Admins can do these things

change permission settings for a teacher
create courses
process payroll
customize registration page
chat with Ayotree support
schedule courses

Lower admins cannot do these things below:

create new admins
give other admins certain permissions and limit the activities
