Slow Page Loading Improvements

The chat and notification system's performance was enhanced for schools with a high user base, especially while loading over 100 users with their images and text names. An option to hide the chat feature was introduced, reducing page load time from 15s to 8-10s.

Special Page Improvements

On the ClassEdit (Create/Edit Course) page, scheduling improvements were made by optimizing conflict checks in all lessons over long durations. On saving course information, these checks were reduced leading to significant enhancement in page load times.

The Submit Attendance page was optimized by addressing issues encountered when processing large numbers of students and online assignments. This resulted in significant reductions in page load times and eliminated timeout errors.

The Report Attendance page was improved by optimizing the loading process for large numbers of students, courses, and high volumes of data. Fixes include introducing lazy loading for students and reducing page load times from 25-40s to 7-10s. Further improvements for some Safari-specific issues and dropdown/logic enhancements are ongoing.

The Parent Booking page was optimized by addressing slowness caused by extensive teacher availability checks, especially for all time slots in a day. This was achieved by creating an API for getting Time Slot Per Day and removing load time slot in Backend, which significantly reduced page load times.

Bug Fixes

Various issues such as Cloudflare 524, TIMEOUT, and loading slowness >30s were addressed.
