Get Started ClassIn for Teachers and Students
For Teachers/Students
Every user will need to create a separate Classin account in order to use Classin with Ayotree. Ayotree integrates with Classin by connecting both accounts with the user’s phone number.
- Download Classin App
All users (teachers & students) will need to register an account on classIn in order to use Classin. A phone number is required for registration.
Go to eeo.cn to download the ClassIn application according to the system of your device.

- Connecting Classin with Ayotree
After downloading, open ClassIn and click on Register Now to have an account

After the user created a classin account, they will need to add the same phone number they used to register on CalssIN to the student or teacher profile in Ayotree (below).

Phone number format
Phone number format must be accurately entered as shown below.
00coutrycode-phone number
Example below:
001-0000000000 (country code 1, 10 phone numbers)
Note: If your country code begins with 0, start the country code from the next number.
Example: country code 044.
You only need to use 44.
The correct format should be 0044-phone number.
*Please note that there is no space between the numbers.
- Launching Classin for Teachers and Students
Teachers and students can enter the classroom by launching the VC on the course page.
Note: The virtual classroom can only be launched 15mins before the lessons starts, or else they will get an alert that “Your lesson isn’t scheduled at this time”:

FAQ
Can students or teachers use Classin to enter in the class instead of using Ayotree’s portal?
Once the teacher launches the virtual classroom in Ayotree, students and teachers can enter the classroom using ClassIn application (below).

There will be an Enter button showing up on ClassIn after the VC is launched.
The alert “Please add your Phone number to Profile” appeared, what do I do now?

if the following alert pops up after launching the VC, it means you need the correct phone number format in your Ayotree profile.
Reenter the phone number with the correct format. Read the phone number format section above.
What if students cannot see the lesson after it has been launched?
Reasons:
1). The student hasn’t registered on classIN;
2). The phone number on the platform is in the wrong format;
3). The student is not added to the lesson;
Solutions:
1). Student has to register first;
2). Check the phone number on our platform and add it with the right format;
3). Add the student under the lesson from ClassIN website/backend (under your classIN admin account).


Go to lessons and find the course and enter the course page, click on Add button under Transfer student, you can add student from here.
If nothing is happening after the virtual classroom is launched, follow the steps below
- Verify the phone number format in Ayotree system.
- Did the user downloaded the classIn application?
- Update the ClassIN application
