You will need to pay for a Classin account to integrate Classin Into Ayotree.

1. Contact sales at ClassIn

Contact ClassIn’s sales team by visiting (https://www.classin.com/en/) and telling them that Ayotree referred you to get special pricing.

Special Pricing:

Schools with liciences

Annually = $750 for 5 teachers ($150 per teacher)

3 Months = $225 for 5 teachers ($45 per teacher)

Tutoring Center or Personal

Annually = $1500 for tutoring institutions (this is a pre-paid plan), after prepaid the $1500, the clients' accounts will be deducted automatically (like the expenses for lessons, recording, storage etc.)

Please note: When you contact ClassIn, you must notify the Classin Sales team that Ayotree referred you to get the special pricing.

3. ClassIn Integration

Ask Classin to get the information below to integrate ClassIn into your Ayotree school platform.

 Secret key

Once you have both the ClassIn SID and Secret key, please send it to the Ayotree support team to integrate it for you.

It will take 2-3 business days for Ayotree to integrate it.

After integration

For admins

Every user will need to create a separate Classin account in order to use Classin with Ayotree. Ayotree integrates with Classin by connecting both accounts with the user’s phone number.

1. Classin Registration

All users (admins, teachers, students) will need to register an account on classIn in order to use Classin. A phone number is required for registration.

Go to eeo.cn to download the ClassIn application according to the system of your device.

2. Connectin Classin with Ayotree

After the user created a classin account, they will need to add the same phone number they used to register on CalssIN to their profile in Ayotree.

Phone number format must be accurately entered as shown below.

00coutrycode-phone number

Example below:

001-0000000000 (country code 1, 10 phone numbers)

Note: If your country code begins with 0, start the country code from the next number.

Example: country code 044.

You only need to use 44.

The correct format should be 0044-phone number.

• Please note that there is no space between the numbers.

3. Setting up your course with Classin

When you are creating your courses, set the Virtual Classroom to ClassIN.

If you need the lessons to be recorded, you need to check the box Use ClassIN recording.

4. Launching Classin in a course

After courses are created, and teachers and students are added to the course, they can use classIn by launching VC on the course page.

Please note that the Virtual Classroom can only be launched 15mins before the lessons start, or else they will get an alert “Your lesson isn’t scheduled for this time.”

Can students or teachers use Classin to enter in the class instead of using Ayotree’s portal?

Yes. If you would like your teachers or students to enter the classroom from ClassIN application directly, admins can launch the VC 15mins before the lessons start for teachers and students, then they will see the Enter button on the ClassIN application, click on it, they can enter the classroom..

How to monitor the student’s connections to Classin?

After admins launch the VC, you can log into your school classIn account, go to Class>Monitor to check if the student or teacher are linked to classIn successfully,

If they fail to link to classIN, check the format of the phone number you added.
