How to use student enquiries

If you like to store prospective students into the customer relationship management (CRM), you have two methods to store their information. Once the information is stored, you can follow up on the students by sending them emails.


  1. Manual
  2. Self-registration


Manual (Admin)


The admins can manually add students into the system by using student enquires.


  • CRM tab > Student Enquiries
  • Add New
  • Update the student information



*Enquiry will then be placed onto that page and admin can follow up on students, email, send brochures ...etc


Self-registration


You can direct students to the registration page to fill out the form and add themselves into the CRM.
