How to create enrollment contract

The enrollment contract is the service agreement between the school and the student. You have the abilitty to create an enrollment template to personalize each contract based on the information provided.

Once the enrollment contract is completed, you have the option to automate this tasks. So each time a student enrollments into a new course, an automated email will sent out to the user to sign. Once signed, You can store the file on the student profile for your records.

How to create an enrollment contract

• Go to tools > Customize templates > Enrollments and click on contracts
• Add Contracts
