How to create multiple course packages

Creating a package with a multi-course will have one registration for each student. It will automatically enroll a student for the next course after the previous course has expired.


**Example: **


Learning Package: IELTS


Courses in the package: Listening, Reading, Writing


Listening (Start date: 1st August and End date 31 August)

Reading (Start date: 3 September and End date: 30 September)

Writing (Start date: 1 October and end date: 31 October)


After registration, the student will automatically be transferred to the next course until the learning package is completed. In other words, the student will not appear in the course until the start date of each course of the learning package.


How to begin:


  • Click on Scheduling > Multiple Courses Package> Package list
  • Click on + Add a package


STEP 1:


  • Click on +Add a Package button,
  • Entering the Package title
  • Click on Add Package to Save the package for more courses and sign up for this package.




**STEP 2: **


You have two options to add Existing course or add new course.


  1. Existing Course (Course already created)


Click on +Add Existing Course if the first course in the Learning Package has to an existing course/course has been processed 


  1. Add Course (Course not yet created)


Click + Add course and if this is a future course in which student will start their learning package. Enter the title of the course, the start date and the end date for the new course. Continue to add a course to the learning package.




When you are adding the course available after the first course does not enter the Start date that comes before the End date of the previous courses. Start and End Dates should follow.



STEP 3:


  • Create Schedule: After all course have been added
  • Click on Create schedule button to add details for each course like Course Type, Scheduling, Date and Time, Teacher ...etc.






*Click on the course title link to edit the schedule for a course.



**STEP 4: **


  • Enroll student: click on + Enroll Student button and
  • Enter details information of enrollment for each student.
  • Enrollment fee can be sent once or several times into Learning Package.
  • Click Save/Update learning package
