How to delete or cancel a lesson

When students/teachers can't attend a lesson and the lesson needs to be canceled or deleted.


A lesson can be deleted in two ways:


**Option 1 **


  • Go to Scheduling > Courses > Lesson(s) > Find the lesson
  • Click the Cancel Lesson button.



Find the lesson and then click the Cancel Lesson button


**Option 2 **


  • Go to the Homepage > Scheduling > Timetables > Click School Calendar (Or you can find the School Calendar on the top right conner before the Notification.)
  • Find the lesson that you would like to cancel/ delete
  • Click on it > click Delete to cancel the lesson and it will be removed from the schedule.

Click delete to cancel the lesson and it will be removed from the schedule.


Past lessons/ past lesson which submitted attendance can not be deleted and once a lesson is canceled, emails to students and teachers will be sent out automatically unless it is shut off in the Automated Emails template in Tools.
