How to set up parent profiles
Creating a parent profile will provide parents access to their children's information as well as the billing information. Once the account is link, the student will no longer have access to the payment information in the student portal.
How to manually add parent profiles
If you only have a few parents, then its easier to manually add them.
- Go to Profiles tab and click on Parent
- Click on + Add a New Parent
- Enter information
How to import parent profiles?
To import companies in bulk, download the parent profiles template excel template.
- Go to Profiles tab and click on Parents
- Click Import button
- Download Excel template
- Update Excel template and save
- Upload Excel
- Import
How to link kids to parents' profiles?
- Enter the parent's profile by clicking on the parent
- Click on Chidren tab
- Click Add existing student if you have added the kids already or Add new student if the kids haven't been added to your school
- Save it then kids and parents are linked
