Students have the ability to log in to the portal and enter a virtual class, retrieve learning material, communicate with the teacher and classmates, view schedules, book lessons, and make payments.

Creating a student profile will provide them access to the class schedule, course content, grades, virtual classroom, and billing information. If students are linked to the parents, the billing information will only be accessible to the parents.

How to manually add student profiles

If you only have a few students, then its easier to manually add them.

• Go to Profiles tab and click on Students
• Click add a New button
• Complete information
• Click Save

How to import student profiles?

To import students in bulk, download the student profiles template excel template.

• Go to Profiles tab and click on Students
• Click Import button
• Download Excel template
• Update Excel template and save
• Upload Excel
• Import
