How to send emails and set up automated emails (notifications)

There are various ways to send emails with Ayotree. You have the option to manually send emails or have it automatically send it based on the user's action.


Manual Emails


You can quickly send mass emails to specific groups of students.

Send emails to prospective students, enrolled students, or former students.

Send invoice emails to students or parents


Automated Emails



You can quickly set automated email rules and send emails based on the users action. For example, a user's action could be a student that registers on the platform. Once that action is performed, Ayotree will automatically send an email.


To see the list of actions that are currently enable, navigate to


Tools tab > Customized Templates > Emails > Automated


Under the email template, there are 5 list of actions that can trigger an email. It is recommend that you review each of the list (admin, teacher, and student at the minimum).

A new student register

A payment has been made

A cancelled booking


Teacher List


A new student is assign to the teacher

2 hours before the lesson starts

If a course is cancelled

A new enrollment contract is available
