How to set up the teachers' availability schedule for admins

You have the option to have the admin setup the teachers' availability or give permission to teachers to set their availabilities themselves. Setting up the teachers' availability schedule allows the system to check the teacher's availabilities times before scheduling the course.



How to setup the teachers' availability schedule


  • Go to Scheduling tab and click on teacher availability schedule
  • Click on the teacher's name
  • On the upper right section, select the day, start time, and end time
  • Add available times



Click the blue link with the teacher's name




Choose available days and times and then click on +Add Available Time





The teacher availability schedule is required before assigning the teacher to a course. The system will not allow a teacher to be added to a course if they are not available or if they already teaching another course.


Can the teacher add or update their availability on their side?


Yes. You will need to enable permissions.


  • Go to tools > settings and click on the scheduling tab
  • Navigate to Allow Teachers to Set/Edit Teaching Availabilities
  • Select Active
