What are tuition, hours, and lessons enrollment types?
There are 3 ways to charge a student for enrollment
- Tuition
- Hours
- Lessons
1. Tuition
It has one amount for the enrollment fee that students will pay for a course.
Example:
English 101, 10 September, 2015 -10 September, 2016: $1000 USD
2. Hours:
Students can purchase certain hours of study they want to study for a course, and if the student is out of time but has not completed the course, the student can purchase additional hours of study. After each lesson and attendance, the number of hours will automatical be deducted from the lesson for an hour, then one hour will be deducted and if the lesson lasts one and a half hours, 1,5 hours will be subtracted.
Example:
John buys 20 hours (60 minutes is 1 hour) with enrollment fee is $1000 USD. His lesson lasted 45 minutes each day, so .75 would be deducted after each lesson.
3. Lessons:
Students can purchase certain lessons they want to study for a course and deductions will be based on the number of classes instead of hours.
Example:
John buys 20 lessons with the erollment fee is $1000 and the lesson lasts 2 hours. He will still receive 20 lessons instead of 10 periods as he will deduct based on the number of hours he or she has completed for any period.
