How to create enrollment invoice contract
The invoice contract is the financial agreement between the school and the student. You have the abilitty to create an invoice template to personalize each contract based on the information provided.
Once the invoice contract is completed, you have the option to automate this tasks. So each time a student enrollments into a new course, an automated email will sent out to the user.
How to create an enrollment contract
- Go to tools > Customize templates > **Enrollments **
- Click on contracts
- Add Contracts
How to customize invoice templates
The template is highly customizable with a variety of tools. Ayotree created a default template to display what a typical enrollment contract looks like. You have flexiblity to remove, add, and edit the information in the contract.
