How to use Credit account?
If you want to add Credit Balance for students, you can
- Go to Profiles > Student > find the student and edit profile
- Add Credit Balance
- Check the Credit Account invoice by going to Finances > Credit Account > Invoices
- Find the student's profile and add Credit Balance

- Add the amount, choose the expired date and set the Status to Paid if you want and save the change

- Check the Credit Account invoice

- Once students paid the inovice, the credit balance will add to their account, and they can use it to pay the lessons
